Viridian Announces Laser Sight for Springfield Hellcat Pro
Viridian Weapon Technologies, of Minnesota, has recently announced that they will offer both Green and Red E-Series Laser Sights for the new Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro. The company says this new compact pistol in 9mm combined with either a Red or Green E-Series laser offers the latest technologies and improved performance found in the best concealed carry solutions.
The Viridian E-Series started as a red laser product designed to specifically fit the industry’s most popular carry guns. The increased performance of a green laser coupled by the demand from the market made a E-Series Green Laser Sight a natural expansion.
Both color options easily mount to the Hellcat Pro for a model-specific and secure fit. E-Series lasers feature an ambidextrous on/off button with a five-minute auto shut off. The Green Laser has a range of up to 100 yards in the daylight and two miles at night. The Red Laser has a 25-yard range in daylight and one mile at night. The E-Series Green Laser Sight has a constant run time of 60 minutes, and the Red Laser Sight has one of over six hours. Both have easy windage and elevation adjustments.
“Springfield continues to deliver some of the best concealed carry pistols available,” said Viridian President and CEO Brian Hedeen. “The Hellcat Pro is exciting, advanced and just makes sense. We are happy to offer model-specific, technology-driven Red and Green E-Series fits to keep options open and allow users to choose what’s best for them.”
Combining the performance of a larger handgun with class-leading concealability and capacity, the new Hellcat Pro is a compact pistol chambered in 9mm that offers 15+1 capacity in a smaller footprint than any other gun it its class. Optics ready and equipped with a versatile accessory rail and hammer forged barrel, this exceptional everyday carry pistol is said that it delivers the perfect balance.
Patti Miller is one of the most awesome females in the tactical/firearm (or any) industry. Imagine a tall, hawt, dangerous Laura Ingalls Wilder type with cool hair and a suppressed blaster and you’ll be getting the idea. What’s interesting is that in addition to being a willing brawler and intrepid adventuress, she’s also an Ent/Ogier level gardener and a truly badass baker.
